Defend the Dream PAC is a Texas general-purpose political action committee advocating for property tax relief and fiscal responsibility. Contributions support state-level issue advocacy and may also be used for federal purposes as permitted by law.

Contributions are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes.

We are required by law to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of donors whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.

By donating, you confirm that:
• You are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
• You are contributing your own funds, not those of a corporation, union, foreign entity, federal contractor, or another person.
• You are at least 18 years old.

Defend the Dream PAC may accept contributions from individuals, partnerships, and eligible entities, but will not accept corporate contributions, labor union contributions, or any other contribution prohibited by Texas Ethics Commission rules or applicable law.

No cash contributions are accepted; all contributions must be made by check, card, or written commercial instrument.

If you contribute more than $100, your name and address may be publicly disclosed under Texas Ethics Commission reporting requirements.

All contributions are voluntary, non-refundable, and subject to applicable state and federal reporting requirements.
